In his talk, Prof. Dr Wayne Visser will present research from Cambridge University and Antwerp Management School on the characteristics of individual sustainability leaders and the business benefits of sustainability leaderships, especially for employees. ‘Good Work Goals’ lay emphasise on wellbeing economy and culture.
He will also introduce the importance of resilience, especially during these Corona-times, and the findings of collaborative research by AMS and Randstad on the state of future resilience among employees and organisations in Belgium.

Mr. Eddy Annys, managing director at Randstad Belgium, will be happy to share insights from this collaborative research and the roll-out of the Randstad Future Resilience Index.
