HRPro.be is the association of HR Professionals in Belgium. We give a voice to the HR Profession in Belgium. We are a non-profit, non-affiliated organisation, founded in 2015 by 9 HR organisations in partnership with the VDAB, FOREM and VBO.

The association aims at gathering the professional HR community around 3 main goals: Connecting HR Professionals, Grow HR Competences and act as the voice of the HR profession in Belgium.

In the first years, our goals have been supported by an enthusiastic team of volunteers. As we are planning to expand our activities in the next years, we are looking to create a freelance professional role to reinforce our team:

HRPro Coordinator – all round professional role (1 day/week – Freelance)

You will be the beating heart of Hrpro. Your responsibilities include:

• Your manage the day to day operations, plan and prepare our calendar and our board meetings.
• You coordinate and offer operational support to the project teams, e.g. the Hrpro mentoring program and the Soundboard.
• You are responsible for the day-to-day contacts with the HRPro members, partners, sponsors, academia, ... (mailing lists, mailbox, contracts, invoices,...)
• You take initiatives to secure the funding to support the growth of HRPro, through developing partnerships and sponsoring programs.
• You actively develop and collect interesting HR content and are responsible for our communication on Social Media, website and our newsletter
• You manage the database & IT - tools

We are looking for an operational wizard, with a heart for HR and experience in a coordinating role. You can organize work with skill and creativity. You are a good communicator, fluent in Dutch and French. A strong network, especially in the HR and business world, is a plus.
