In the first years, our goals have been supported by an enthusiastic team of volunteers. As we are planning to expand our activities in the next years, we are looking to create a freelance professional role to reinforce our team:

Program Manager HRPro Mentor Program (1 day/month – Freelance)

HRPro.be is dedicated to developing this next generation of HR leaders and senior experts in Belgium. One of our exciting new projects is the HRPro Mentor program. This program in in a start-up phase, but we strongly believe that it will be a unique project for the Belgian HR community.

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned HR professional who is passionate about developing this program with us. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage the HRPro Mentor Program on a daily basis: ensure the smooth running of the mentoring program: creating, training, coaching, monitoring and evaluating active mentor-mentee pairs.
• Conduct individual intake interviews with mentors and mentees. Advise mentees on the mentee journey.
• Build, launch and accompany duos from the first meeting to the evaluation during the period of mentoring.
• Actively participate in the organization of mentor and mentee trainings.
• Organize and facilitate intervisions for mentors.
• Collaborate with external partners, trainers, academia.
• Prepare communication material.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in coaching/mentoring and deep knowledge and experience in HR. You are able to start a project, develop and grow it into a success. You are a good communicator, fluent in Dutch and French. You are supported by a team of enthusiastic volunteers.
